1. Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable advance deposit of ₹10,000 is required at the time of booking. Services are not confirmed until this deposit is received.
• The Client must pay 80% of the total balance on the day of the event and the remaining 20% within three (3) weeks following the event.
• In case of delayed payments, Bandhan Studio reserves the right to withhold deliverables until full payment is made.
• Non-payment within the stipulated time frame may lead to cancellation of services and legal recovery proceedings.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

• All advance deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• If the Client cancels the booking, Bandhan Studio shall retain the advance deposit.
• If the Client reschedules the event, it will be subject to Bandhan Studio’s availability. Additional charges may apply.
• A penalty fee of ₹10,000 will be charged for cancellations or date changes not informed at least one month in advance.

3. Client Responsibilities

• The Client must provide accurate event details (date, time, venue, rituals, schedules) at the time of booking.
• The Client must provide a separate room at the venue for the photography/videography team.
• The Client and their guests must treat Bandhan Studio staff with respect and courtesy at all times. Misconduct, abusive behavior, or obstruction may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
• The Client must ensure other vendors (e.g., DJs, decorators, lighting staff) do not obstruct Bandhan Studio’s work.

4. Event Coverage & Deliverables

• Bandhan Studio will cover only the events agreed upon in advance. Any additional coverage will incur extra charges.
• Bandhan Studio is not responsible for missed moments due to:
  • Restricted access at religious venues or private properties
  • Guest interference or overcrowding
  • Delays caused by the Client or third parties
• Final deliverables will be provided via USB drive and/or Google Drive link.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

• All photographs, videos, films, and creative works produced by Bandhan Studio remain its exclusive intellectual property worldwide.
• The Client is granted a limited, personal-use license to view, share, and print deliverables.
• Commercial use (advertising, resale, brand promotion) requires a separate licensing agreement.
• Bandhan Studio reserves the right to use selected works for portfolio, website, social media, exhibitions, brochures, competitions, and promotional purposes without further approval.

6. Liability & Force Majeure

• Bandhan Studio is not liable for:
  • Loss or corruption of data after delivery
  • Restricted coverage caused by venue rules or officials
  • Delays due to Client’s failure to cooperate
• In the unlikely event of illness, accident, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances, Bandhan Studio’s liability is limited to either:
  • Arranging a substitute photographer/videographer, or
  • Refunding the advance deposit
• Bandhan Studio shall not be responsible for non-performance caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, riots, pandemics, power failures, or government restrictions.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Guna, Madhya Pradesh], India.
